Ingredients:
4 asparagus
One portion of spaghetti
Fresh thyme
Basil
Cream
2 cloves of garlic
Cheese
Salt
Preparation:
1. Clean the asparagus and remove the green part and the non-green lower part. chop into small pieces
2. Place the lower part of the asparagus in boiling water for 7-8 minutes and the green part for 3-4 minutes.
3. Boil the pasta to the desired consistency
4. In a pan, fry the crushed garlic cloves with a little oil for 1 minute and add add the asparagus, stir for 1-2 minutes and then add the cream add the pasta, stir once and switch off the heat
5. Finely chop the fresh cake and basil and mix.
6. When serving, you can grate the cheese of your choice
