2 tablespoons currants

2 tablespoons pine nuts

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 ½ cups hot water

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Salt, black pepper

Finely chopped fresh dill and mint

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Quails: Pat the washed and dried quails completely dry. Rub them with the mixture of olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
