1 large beetroot
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
Salt
One clove of garlic
Preparation:
1. Boil the beetroot until cooked, about 30-35 minutes
2. Peel and grate the cooked beetroot on a fine grater
3. Add the strained yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt and crushed garlic and mix all the ingredients.
4. Your appetiser is ready, it is very practical to make, but you can garnish it with olive oil.
