Cake Making with Water
Ingredients :
4 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 water glass of oil
1 glass of water
3 cups flour
1 packet of vanillin
1 packet of baking powder
Butter
Glass size 200 ml
Preparation :
1. Beat the egg with the granulated sugar until it is about twice the size of the egg. It will take 15 minutes
2. Then add vegetable oil and whisk again for 2 minutes
3. Sift the flour into the cake batter, then add the baking powder and vanilla
4. After adding the flour, do not whisk very quickly, mix slowly cake batter don’t lose the volume suddenly
5. This process is important to make a fluffy cake
6. Then grease your cake mould well with butter, this process is for the cake to come out of the mould easily. important
7. After greasing, pour the cake into the mould
8. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 45 minutes
9. Cooking time will vary according to your oven, remember to check frequently
10. Serve the baked cake after letting it rest for a while
11. The rested cake will come out of the mould more easily.
