Ingredients :
Wire Kadayif: 500 gr
Cheese 250 gr (künefe cheese or string cheese should be unsalted cheese)
Butter 150 g
Sherbet :
Sugar 2 cups
Water 3 cups
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Preparation :
1. For the syrup, put the sugar and water in a pot and boil. After boiling, add lemon water and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove the syrup from the stove and let it cool down.
2. Then, to prepare the kadayıf, put the wire kadayıf on a tray and pour the melted Pour half of the butter. Knead the kadayıf well with your hands and grease it.
3. Divide the kadayıf into two halves, place one half in a baking dish and place the grated sprinkle with the cheese.
4. Then place the remaining half of the kadayıf on top of the cheese. close the cheese should not overflow when melted
