How to Make Manti | Turkish Manti

Manti :

Manti is a very delicious dish that appeals to the tastes of most people. Come to Turkey once and enjoy this flavour If you have tasted it, your favourite dish will probably be manti. This recipe will be impossible, you should definitely make it to the people you love to experience.

Ingredients:

For the dough:
– 1 kg flour
– 2 eggs
– 2 cups of water
– 1 full tablespoon salt

-half teaspoon black pepper
For the sauce:
-1 and a half tablespoon of butter
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
-some black pepper

-half a tea glass of water
For the topping:
1 bowl of yoghurt
1 clove of garlic
Very little salt

Preparation :

1. Knead the dough to a solid consistency, the consistency should be like pasta dough
2. The kneaded dough should rest for about an hour, during which time you can prepare the filling
3. For the filling, the onions should be passed through a food processor and added to the minced meat very finely.
4. The onion should be thin enough not to be visible in the mince
5. Then add the spices and mix well
6. Divide the rested dough into about 3 or 4 equal parts
7. Divide the dough with the help of a rolling pin to your favourite thickness, very thick make sure that it is not
8. Cut the rolled out dough into small rectangles with a knife

9. In order to make it easy for you to shape the manti, put the minced meat filling into the dough you cut fill with the filling and give the shape of a bundle
10. You can give this shape by grabbing the two edges and joining the ends tightly in the middle.
11. Roll out the dough with a lot of flour so that your dough does not fall apart and open when you shape it. do not use
12. Place the shaped dumplings on a large tray sprinkled with flour to prevent sticking to each other
13. Take care not to stack them on top of each other
14. You need to boil the dumplings you have prepared to make them ready to eat.
15. For this process, add water and a little salt to a deep pot and bring the water to a boil. bring it to the boil.
16. Put the dumplings into the boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes
17. Drain the water from the boiled ravioli and put them on the serving plates
18. Pour the sauce prepared from yoghurt, garlic and salt, the garlic should be crushed
19. For the tomato paste sauce, fry the butter and oil very little in your sauce pan and add the water for ten minutes. After boiling, add the spices and boil for another five minutes, then remove from the stove. Take it

Tricks :

•  If you do not want to consume all of the ravioli you have opened, you can freeze it in the refrigerator you can store
•  Make sure that the onions are very small so that they are not visible inside
•  Do not use too much flour when rolling out the dough

•  If you cannot find tomato paste, you can make the sauce with grated tomato
