Ingredients:

•1.and a half cups of lentil
•3.and a half cups of water
•1 water glass of bulgur
•2 medium sized onions
•1 tea glass of oil
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon of chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
•1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
•1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 1 and a half teaspoon salt
• half a bunch of parsley
• 1 and a half lemon juice

Making Lentil Meatballs:

1. Firstly wash the lentils with plenty of water, drain and add water.
