Masala tea Recipe | India Tea

Masala tea, meaning ‘spicy tea’ and originating in India, South Asia is a very popular drink. Black tea with aromatic spices and herbs It is prepared by blending and then boiling with hot water and milk.

Ingredients:

2 pieces of cinnamon with bark
3-4 pieces of cardamom
4 cloves
2 cloves
3 pieces of aniseed
Very little ginger
1 teaspoon fennel
1 water glass buffalo milk
2 tablespoons of black tea
2 cups of water
Granulated sugar or honey

Preparation :

1. Cardamom, cinnamon, aniseed, cloves and black peppercorns in a mortar and pestle beat and grind into powder
2. Boil 3 cups of water in a saucepan
3. Tea, ginger, fennel and powdered into boiling water add the spices
4. Boil this mixture for 6 minutes and then add milk and sugar and boil for 10 minutes. boil again
5. Leave the tea to infuse for 10 minutes after removing from the stove
6. You can strain your tea and consume it
7. You can increase or decrease the spice ratio as you wish, and the milk ratioyou can increase it according to what you want
