Ingredients :
for the dough:
2 cups of water (500 ml)
1 full teaspoon of instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
5 cups flour (1 kg)

400 grams of minced meat
1 large sized onion
2 medium-sized tomatoes
1 teaspoon tomato and chilli paste
1 medium-sized red capia pepper
Half a bunch of parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon each of chilli and black pepper
Half tea glass of oil
4-5 pieces of chilli peppers
Preparation :
1. To prepare the dough, put the water, yeast, sugar, salt and flour in a deep bowl and mix well.
2. Your dough should be soft but ready to roll out with a rolling pin
3. The amount of flour may vary depending on the quality of the flour, it is a runny dough add flour if you feel like it
4. Let the kneaded dough rest for one hour until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. prepare the filling while resting
5. Put the minced meat, spices, salt, tomato paste and vegetable oil in a bowl

11. Bake the prepared pitas in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy
