This no-bake biscuit cake, known as “Bisküvili Pasta” in Turkish, is one of those timeless treats. It’s incredibly easy to make, requires no oven, and is guaranteed to bring a smile to everyone’s face.

Made with rich chocolate pudding and a generous layer of whipped cream, this recipe will quickly become a family favorite!

Ingredients

This recipe combines simplicity with incredible flavor. You’ll only need a few basic ingredients to create a magnificent dessert.

2 packs of cocoa-flavored petit beurre biscuits (approx. 400g)

2 packs of instant chocolate pudding mix

7 cups of milk (for the pudding)

1 cup of cold milk (for dipping biscuits)

1 pack of instant whipped cream mix

1 cup of cold milk (for the whipped cream)

For Garnish (Optional):

Grated chocolate

Chopped nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios) or shredded coconut

Instructions (Step-by-Step)

1. Prepare the Pudding: In a saucepan, combine the 2 packs of chocolate pudding mix and 7 cups of milk. Whisk continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens and begins to boil. Remove from the heat and let it cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.

2. Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, beat the 1 pack of instant whipped cream mix and 1 cup of cold milk with a mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Place the whipped cream in the refrigerator.

3. Layer the Cake: Dip each biscuit quickly into the 1 cup of cold milk, ensuring they don’t get too soft. Arrange a single layer of the moistened biscuits at the bottom of a square or rectangular dish.

4. Build the Layers: Pour half of the warm pudding mixture over the first layer of biscuits, spreading it evenly. Add another layer of milk-dipped biscuits on top. Pour the remaining pudding over this second layer. Continue this process until you have 3 or 4 layers of biscuits and pudding.

5. Chill the Cake: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight. This chilling time allows the biscuits to soften completely and the flavors to meld beautifully.

6. Garnish and Serve: Take the cake out of the fridge and spread the prepared whipped cream evenly over the top. Garnish with grated chocolate, nuts, or coconut.

Slice and enjoy this delightful, no-fuss dessert! We’d love to hear about your experience with this recipe in the comments below.
