Ingredients:
750 grams of kadayıf
200 grams of butter
250 grams ground
50 grams of vegetable oil
For the syrup:
4 cups sugar
4 cups of water
A slice of lemon
Preparation;
1. Finely chop the kadayıf with a knife

5. Press the prepared kadayif well and bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius on the top and bottom. bake well until golden brown
6. After putting the kadayıf in the oven, start making the syrup immediately
7. For the syrup, put 4 cups of water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
8. When the syrup reaches the boiling point, add a slice of lemon into it and wait for 15 more minutes. boil it
9. Remove the syrup from the stove
10.Pour the warm syrup over the kadayif you took out of the oven
11. The dessert should be hot, as soon as it comes out of the oven, add the syrup immediately if you have syrup must be mild
12.Let the dessert rest for 1-2 hours and ready to serve
