Ingredients :
2 large tomatoes
2 mozzarella cheese
Olive
For the basil sauce:
One basil
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams of olive oil
Salt
Pine nuts or cashews
2-3 leaves of spinach
Preparation:
1. Cut the tomato and mozzarella cheese into rings and place on a serving plate
2. Place your favourite olives in the centre of the tomato and mozzarella
3. Blend all the ingredients for the pesto sauce and pour over the salad
4. I advise you to eat with toasted bread
