5. Let’s string all the orange peels on the string as you see. I made 5 orange threads in this way I prepared it.
6.Then, we will take the orange peels we have prepared into a suitable bowl and cover it. Let’s change the water 4 times and let it stand for 1 night. In this way We take the bitterness of orange peels.
7. The next day, we take the orange peels that we keep the orange peels from the water and put them in a suitable pot. Let’s put it in place.

8.Let’s add our normal water enough to cover our orange peels.
9. After 4-5 minutes after it starts to boil, take our orange peels on a plate, put them in the pot. drain the bitter water.
10. Add the orange peels to the pot and add fresh water again. In this way 4 times Let’s get all the bitterness out of our orange peels by changing them.
11.Boil our orange peels in our last water until they soften.
12.Let’s take our softened orange peels out of the water and add our yellow coloured bitter water and pour it out.
13.For the syrup, take granulated sugar and water into the pot, mix until the sugar dissolves and boils.
14.After boiling for 2-3 minutes, add our orange peels, 10 minutes in this way bring to the boil.
15.Finally, add the orange juice and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
16.If you want a jam with a slightly more fluid consistency, you can increase the proportions a little. I prepared it this way because I like the grains to be more pronounced and less water. To understand the consistency of our jam, let’s put a few spoons in a small bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator.
