Ingredients:

Intestine
2 cups of bulgur
1 water glass of rice
350 grams of minced meat
Parsley
2 large onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1 glass of water
2 spoons of tomato paste
125 grams of vegetable oil
Black Pepper

Preparation:

1. Clean the intestines thoroughly, if dried intestines, soak them in water for 1 hour for a soft consistency
