Preparation:

3. Remove the seeds from the capia pepper and grind it very finely in a food processor, squeeze the juice from the pepper and add it to the minced meat, salt, black pepper and red powder add the pepper and mix well for 15 minutes
4. Rest the minced meat in the fridge for about 1 hour
5. Mix the minced meat you took out of the fridge well again and use a thin and flat bottle of minced meat. wrap and shape with your hand
6. Cook on the grill for about 20 minutes front to back, being careful not to burn too much
7. You can serve the cooked kebab
8. Buttermilk will be very good with it.
